I think thats very cool. However, while I appreciate the age and dignity of Queen Elizabeth and President Pratibha Patel, I think it would have been much more fun if they'd had the Queen run down the corridors of Buckingham Palace at a sprint to hand it over to Madame Patel who then would sprint to a given finishing line and hurl herself over the ribbon in an ecstacy of sprint relay finishing. That would've pushed the New York Marathon off the front pages. It is a great initiative, a multi-media relay baton. I think thats very cool.
