Hi Chris,
A very correct and informative post on the subject. Hope Indian bureacracy or even some politcos read it.They will like to have some corruption thrown in like employing East european Pilots for AirIndia who pay a percentage of their salaries to the Civil Aviation bureacracy through their agents in Dubai.
